Restart the computer once and then check to see if theJava control panel Iconappears

If you do not see the coffee cup icon in the Windows Control Panel, you do not have the latest version of Java installed on your computer.
Open Windows Control Panel
Let me know if Java Icon appears in Windows Control Panel

When you run an .exe file on a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7-based computer, the file may start a different program
