Windows 10 1709, has problems with many version of AMD Radeon Crimson drivers.

Microsoft EDGE does not open or opens with a grey windows after several seconds.

All Crimson versions starting with 16.10.3 and 17.xx including Beta 17.40 with driver 23.20.768.9 fail with the same symptom and hang Microsoft EDGE and the task bar.

I have a DELL XPS 8700 with AMD RADEON R9 270, Windows 10 1709 (x64) was installed on 10/16/2017 and did not show the problem, the bug started with the first CRIMSON update to 17.10.03 installed on Windows 10 1709.

I tried several older Crimson drivers starting with 16.10.3 and above and they all fail the same way including Crimson .Beta 17.40 with driver23.20.768.9.

To get a driver that works I had to go back to Crimson 16.1 or 16.2 with drivers 15.301.1701.0 or 15.301.1901.0.

So far those 2 versions seem to work fine, no hangs on task bar, Microsoft EDGE open normally.

There is definitely an incompatibility with the latest AMD Crimson drivers and Windows 10 1709 Creator update.

Keep in mind that the same drivers that fail with Win 10 1709 were working fine with Win 10 1703.
